CHANGE BOOKING & CANCELATION

• No fees are charged if you contact us at least 24h before your intended arrival date.
• Oh and another thing! In the case of no shows, late cancelation or any late changes on your booking, the first night of your stay will be charged.
• For any bookings made with an online travel agent (Booking, Airbnb, TripAdvisor,…), please refer to  the modification or any cancelation process on their website or customer service.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT

• Check-in: 2.00 p.m
• Check-out: latest 12.00 p.m
• Please kindly present your original passport or identification.
• Remember to tell us if you arrive early and need an early check-in
• On the date of your check-out, you must leave the room no later than the time shown above. So you should set your alarm and don’t go wandering anywhere too far from Dolphin home before checking out
• Please be careful or you will be charged an extra night
• Hair dryer, air-condition remote, bath towels and keys are required to return to reception

GENERAL INFORMATION AT DOLPHIN HOME

• Guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local people and property.
• Our home will refuse service or check out any guest anytime who behave disorderly or disturb others guest or staff. Guests who have been evicted will not be received refund.
• If guests damage any property in our home, they will cover the damage and pay the loss of income due to damage

Save water and electricity resource

• Turn off lights and enjoy sunlight through large windows and skylights
• Switch off all electronic devices before going out
• Take shorter shower
• Save energy, save our life

Visitors

• If you have any friends, please meet him or her in the lobby or the terrace.
• Please understand that, visitors are not allowed in rooms or the rest of Dolphin home

Illicit activities

• No bringing in of illegal drugs and weapons
• No sexual activities in dormitory rooms

Smoking

• You may only smoke in the green terrace.
• Stop smoking if it annoys anyone else.

Children

• Guests under 18 years old need to provide permission from a legal guardian
• One child up to 12 years old can stay for free using existing bed in the room with their parents
• Any child older than 12 years old are required to have his own bed

Pets

• Pets are not allowed in Dolphin home

Dormitory

• Dormitories are separated. No men are allowed in the lady’s dormitory and vise versa
• No sexual activities in dorm
• Quiet time starts at 10.01p.m. Go outside if you talk loudly or go to common areas and talk in whisper
• Please beware of your belongings.

 Kitchen, BBQ 

• You can use the kitchen but have to clean it after using otherwise it will be fined 20.000
• We have free water, please go to the kitchen
• Barbecue are organized in the garden, ensure clean utensils after use
• Dolphin Home will serve breakfast, mainly local dishes, please let us know if you need

Iron room

• Iron room is on the third floor
• Please remember not moving iron out of room
